This session suits an executive who already understands the written offer but wants to prepare the next employer discussion. We sort essential changes from useful clarifications and disposable asks, then rehearse how to frame each point in relation to scope, accountability and the German hiring context.
Before the call, send a non-confidential outline of the package and your priorities. During 90 minutes, we develop an opening, question order, responses to likely objections and a concise written follow-up structure. You receive a one-page action note after the session.
