A promotion or internal transfer can alter far more than title. We compare the present position with the proposed amendment, concentrating on reporting responsibility, place of work, compensation, bonus measures, authority, notice arrangements and any renewed probation or restrictive language.
The engagement includes a 45-minute context call, review of the agreed documents and a 60-minute options meeting. The fee depends on document length and whether incentive-plan terms also change. We provide a written question list rather than legal representation or tax analysis.
