Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Refund and cancellation terms for Byte Labpoint executive employment consultations in Germany.
Before work starts
A client may cancel in writing within 14 days of accepting an engagement for a full refund if no requested work has begun. If the client asks us to start during that period, the refund is reduced by the proportion reasonably completed. Statutory withdrawal rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
Scheduled consultations
A meeting may be moved once without charge when at least two German business days’ notice is given. Later cancellation or a no-show may be charged up to the booked session fee because the time cannot reliably be reassigned. We consider documented emergencies fairly.
Reviews already underway
Once document reading or preparation has started, completed time is non-refundable. Any unused balance for clearly separable work will be returned. Third-party advice and specially purchased translations or materials, if approved by the client, cannot be refunded after commitment.
Changes and provider cancellation
If Byte Labpoint cannot deliver the agreed service, the client may choose a reasonable new date or receive a refund for the undelivered portion. Signing deadlines do not by themselves guarantee expedited work unless a timetable was confirmed in writing.
Requesting a refund
Email info@byte-labpoint.digital with the engagement reference, cancellation reason and payment date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 German business days; bank processing may add time. Deposits are treated as advance payment and are refundable only to the extent not applied under the rules above.
