What changes an estimate
The principal factors are document volume, the number of incentive arrangements, bilingual material, cross-border elements and the requested timetable. A package containing multiple equity plans or a managing-director service agreement may need a tailored quote. Any external legal, tax, translation or pension advice is separately instructed and is not included.
Before a fee is due
The initial scope check is free. We confirm documents, output, timing and total fee in writing. No work begins until you accept that scope. Prices are informational and do not create a checkout or automatic appointment.
If new material changes the assignment, we pause and agree any revised fee first. See our cancellation and refund terms for work that has already been scheduled or started.
